None of my May 2025 transactions are showing up--how can I retrieve them?

Hi there, Kate. If this is your first time connecting your bank to QuickBooks, start with a manual update. To do this, navigate to the Gear icon > Manage Accounts > Refresh All to ensure everything is synced.

QuickBooks usually downloads transactions from the last 30 to 90 days, depending on your bank. However, some banks provide access to up to a year of historical data. After refreshing, you can locate specific entries by navigating to Transactions and filtering for the correct timeframe, ensuring both Type and Account categories are set to All.

If the May 2025 transactions are still missing, please check your bank's website for any scheduled maintenance or notifications that might be interrupting the download.

If there are no service alerts, I recommend manually importing the transactions. Simply download them from your bank in a CSV format and upload them directly into QuickBooks.

Additionally, make sure to review the imported entries to identify and exclude any duplicates.

Please know that you can always get back here if you need anything else.
