Not all of my accounts are being collected from my bank. Contacted that bank and they said this was Intuit issue. How do I get ALL (5) the accounts data from my bank?

Data is only being provided on three accounts from same bank. I need data from 5 accounts from same bank.

Thank you for sharing your concern here on the Community page, ridgepathcounse.

I want to ensure you'll be able to collect all the accounts from your bank account to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

In most cases, bank connection issues happen when the bank performs system maintenance or there are notifications from their website that need your attention.

Since you've already checked your bank about this, you'll want to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks Self-Employed by clicking on the Refresh All button.

I'll show you how below:

  1. Go to Home page.
  2. From the Accounts section, click View.

  3. Click Refresh all.

Once you successfully updated your bank account's connection, this article can help you with the next task which is categorizing transactions in QBSE: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Also, did you happen to receive an error message? May I know the name of your financial institution? This way, I can check if there are ongoing investigations under your bank.

Additionally, let me share these easy-to-access articles, webinars, and video tutorials that will help you in familiarizing the different tasks, features, and functions of QBSE. Below are the following:

I've got your back if you need more help working with your bank. I'm always happy to lend a hand. Have a good one.

Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank.
