Hello there, Michael. Congrats on the sales. QuickBooks Payments automatically deposits your funds into the bank account you linked during signup.
If you're new to the platform, the initial payments will take about five business days to deposit while we verify your merchant account. After that, subsequent ACH payments will take 2-3 business days to process.
You can check the payment processing times in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. To do this, go to the Deposit Speed tab. Click on the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings. Next, select the Payments tab and look for the Deposit Speed tab to check how long it takes to receive the payments you process.
