Only certain transactions are bing imported

I can see the importance of having an up to date record of imported transactions. This saves business time and will let you reconcile them easily.  

When you connect a bank/credit card account to online banking, QuickBooks Online automatically downloads transactions every night. If you’re unable to see the latest ones, let me share the possible reasons why this is happening.

• A connection issue between your bank and QBO.
• The financial institution’s server is offline.
• Error messages or codes that require you to perform a certain task.

We have solutions available for you to resolve the issue. Let’s update your online banking to refresh the connection between QBO and your account.

Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the Banking menu on the left panel to choose Banking.
2. Click the Update button in the upper right.
