Unable to view the transactions in the All Sales page is a browser-related issue. Let's troubleshoot this by clearing the browser's cache. Then, go to that page.
If you're can't filter the transactions from that page, I suggest pulling up the Sales by Customer Detail report temporarily. It'll show the list of transactions such as invoices, etc.
