Past reconciliation

Hello,

 

We had reconciled September 2017, but couple of transfer to the credit card account, it is showing we deleted after reconciliation, even though the transaction is still there. We tried to add a journal entry, we tried to undo reconciliation for the entire month but we are not able to go back and fix it. It is still showing a difference when we go to reconciliation.

Problems about having a difference when reconciling an account can be caused by the following scenarios:


•    Account mismatches
•    Statement information mismatches
•    Mismatched number of transactions
•    Single transaction difference
•    Amount mismatches
•    Financial institution mistakes
•    Check with your accountant
