PayPal CREDIT Account connection no longer working.
Hello, up until 12 days ago I had my Paypal Credit account AND my Paypal account connected in my Bank Feeds. This always brought in the correct Paypal Credit balance and transactions and the Paypal Account brought in all the regular paypal transactions.
When I tried to update the PayPal Credit Account it would not connect
I tried deleting the connection and re-connecting and the result was it only finds one account, the regular paypal account and NOT the PAYPAL CREDIT account.
I tried connecting it anyway and it imported all transactions from paypal not just the PAYPAL CREDIT account transactions
Has there been a change in QBO or a change in PayPal?
Let me share some information about connecting PayPal credit account with QuickBooks Online.
We're receiving reports that other users are getting this error as well and we would like to inform you that this has already been escalated to our Online Banking Team.
Although we don't have a specific time frame as to when and how this will be mediated upon, rest assured that this is being looked into.
In the meantime, I’d suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Team so they can get your account information and add you to list of affected users. This way, you’ll be notified of any updates on the progress of the investigation via email.
