Paypal Transactions Missing / Hidden

I just noticed that my PayPal that is connected, is not tracking the purchased made in $CAD. Those transactions are just... Missing haha is there a fix to this or should I just create an expense for these? I'd hate to manually create them and then have them show up and I don't realise it is duplicated. I don't mind creating them either though as there aren't that many.

Paypal Transactions Missing / Hidden

Hello @ZweeresR,

 

Currently, we have an ongoing issue where users, like you, have transactions that are not downloaded or missing from the online banking with PayPal in QuickBooks Online. Rest assured that we've already informed our engineering team and they're in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.

 

With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support as they haven't shared a workaround yet. With their tools, one of our specialists can associate your account on file to the said investigation so you'll receive all updates via email message. To do so:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter PayPal Expenses are Missing in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Choose a channel where you wanted to connect with our dedicated team.

 

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about when are you able to connect with our support from the other channels: Contact QuickBooks Products and Services Support.

 

Lastly, I've also included this helpful article for the steps in case you need to start balancing your bank account register: How to reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements?
