PayPal transactions not showing

I've linked my PayPal account but no transactions are showing. I used PayPal regularly, so it's not a case of waiting for them to update/show.

I've tried clicking "update" under the banking tab and still nothing.


Can anyone help with this?

I'm here to share some information about the PayPal transactions not updating in QuickBooks Online (QBO).


We have received several reports regarding this, and our Product Engineers are now working to fix it as quickly as possible. While they do, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team, so you'll be added to the list affected users (INV-51843). 


To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours so, you'll know when agents are available.


In the meantime, you can use the WebConnect feature to upload transactions. For more information about this, take a look at this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.


Once bank transactions downloads, you can now start categorizing or matching them to straighten out your books. After that, you have the option to do your regular bank reconciliation
