I have two clients where I cannot reconcile. The columns on the bank rec screen are too wide and I cannot see the amounts. When I click and drag to make the columns more narrow they revert back to the expanded size. I have tried reducing the number of columns but this does not fix the problem, the columns just get wider. Frustrating!
Please tell me how I can fix my settings so that this does not happen. I don't see it in every bank account and I don't see it for other clients, just two clients and one bank account each that is affected, which leads me to believe it is just a setting for these two accounts.
