PNC bank csv file doesn’t identify debits in amount column. There is a separate (one) column that lists the transaction as either “debit” or “credit”. Short of going through every debit and placing a “-“ before the amount how can I fix this.

Since the each banks format CSV file differently, you'll want to fine tune your formatting before uploading to QBO.
To do so:
