Let’s check to see why your transaction doesn’t show up when you reconcile.
A transaction won’t appear if it’s in a different register, it’s already reconciled, or it’s outside the reconciliation period. Please check to see if it falls into these scenarios.
If the transaction was reconciled by accident, you can click on it. Then, click the R (reconciled) mark until it changes to C (cleared) or blank.
If the date of the transaction is beyond your reconciliation period, change the range on the Reconcile page.
