There are different factors why we encounter this error. It could be: • The connection between the computer and the printer is unstable. • The program or file is damaged.
Let's do a few troubleshooting steps to get rid of the error and print the checks. We can verify if the Print Later box is checked in the Write Checks transaction first. If not, mark a check on it. Then, Save & Close and try to print the checks again.
We currently received reports regarding this issue and our Engineers are working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
