My chase banking feed sync hasn't worked properly since the latest update. I have a checking and credit card account linked. Checking update happens very quickly no problem, then the credit card hangs in the app with the spinning wheel and the action drop-down remaining greyed out and saying "Updating (1 left)". see screenshot. it stays like this until I go into the credit card edit screen, edit account info and save and exit (without changing anything). This has only been an issue since the bank feed update. any ideas?
Same problem is happening for me when trying to download transactions from Chase. It has been plaguing us for the past week. Very frustrating. Has anyone figured out a solution?

I looked into this further and found out that this is an ongoing issue.
Our engineers are aware of this and are diligently working on a fix. I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Customer Care Support. This way, we can notify you via email about the status of the issue.

Having the same problem here - we just got fixed with Wells Fargo's sync and now having problems with Chase.
Can you give us a time estimate on when this is going to be taken care of?

There hasn't been an update for this investigation at this time. While we're communicating with your bank, I'd like to make sure your company details are added to the open investigation (INV- 21854) notification list.
Thank you for understanding. I will also get back into this thread once I get an update.
Last week I spent about 40 minutes on the phone with quickbooks doing some trial and error steps and was able to get most of the accounts updating. It's still a little buggy and sometimes it takes a couple hours to update.
Not a complete fix and still super annoying - but worth a try to contact them and run through some steps with them.
