QB accidentally made 2 accounts for my business. QB won't refund me past 6 months but that leaves 9 months of double. Please advise on getting a refund. This feels unfair

I recommend contacting our support team. From there, they'll be able to securely check your account and further assist you on your refund request.

 

To get in touch with them, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Let's talk.
  4. Then choose either Get a callback or Start messaging.1.PNG
