The beginning balance doesnt match my bank statment when trying to reconcile, I noticed I deleted a deposit by mistake from a few months ago statement, I did re-deposited again, but still showing the discrepancy that doenst match the beggining balance with bank statement. What should I do?

Reconciliation is done to make sure that the account accurately reflects your business transactions. You did great re-adding the deleted deposit. Now, please manually mark it as reconciled. I'm happy to show you how to do this.
Go to Lists at the top menu bar.
Select Chart of Accounts.
Double-click the bank account to open the register.
Manually reconcile the deposit by checking it.
Next, go to the reconcile window to verify the beginning balance.
