Hello @Alessandra_B ,
Yes , clean uninstall and reinstall helped. Thank you! I also had issue with QB not reading all uploaded transactions.
So I have started new company to test new QB and now everything is being imported too. I am just going to try to find the way to transfer my costumers list into new company and will start using new company for my bookkeeping.
You can export the customer list from your old file and import them to the new company file, vas.

Good Afternoon, @bigmann.
I'm happy to help with getting you signed back into your QuickBooks Desktop account.
After reviewing this thread, the information that my colleague @Alessandra_B provided is correct.
Since uninstalling and reinstalling the application on your computer didn't work, I'm going to provide steps below on how to rebuild your data file.
Procedure To Rebuild Your Data File:
1. Open QuickBooks and then select the File option.
2. Choose Utilities and then click on Rebuild Data.
3. If there's a popup warning displaying to back up the file, pick OK.
4. The application will then say Rebuild Has Completed, choose OK.
5. Then run Verify Data to check the remaining data damage.
Note:
That's all there is to it! Running the Verify and Rebuild on your company file helps correct any data damage that may exist. Now that you have followed these steps, you'll be back to business as usual. Let me know if there is anything else that I can do. Have a great week.
