This has been going on for a week. I contacted customer service and was told that the engineering team is working on it, that they have no time line for fixing it, and that they will not refund pro rata for the periods of time when this isn't working.
I can't access up to date information about my business. This is unacceptable.

Click New Company.
Enter a name.
In the Create New Company wizard, enter the necessary information.
