You can manage your bank connections to designate transactions to your preferred account, Calvs.

To begin with, review and categorize downloaded transactions under the For review tab before turning off the bank account you no longer need.

You can also exclude the entries that aren't relevant to your business transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the For Review tab.
  3. Check the box of the transactions to exclude.
  4. Hit Exclude.

After you have cleared the 'For Review' tab, follow these steps to toggle off the account:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. From the Link account dropdown, click Manage connections.
  3. Select the dropdown of your Financial institution.
  4. Toggle off the account you no longer need.

After that, reconcile your accounts to ensure financial records are accurate.
