This morning my QB online does not seem to be connecting to my Chase accounts. I went to 'Banking' and clicked on 'update' and did not get any error message, so everything looked like it was working. But the account still says 'last updated on 2/8/21' and the amount in the account does not reflect the significant deposit I made yesterday. Any thoughts?

In the meantime, you can use CSV files to import your bank transactions.
Additionally, you can also categorize your bank transactions once they're downloaded. This will help you in reviewing them to make sure your books are accurate.

I'm sure they realize this is an issue, enough people have posted about it. I wish they would send an alert when this happens and let us know they are working on it.
Same issue here but w/ Chase Bank, just started yesterday. I also haven't been able to connect any of my AMEX accounts in a month. QBO keeps saying it's an error on AMEX's side. Find that highly unlikely considering it's now happening w/ Chase and just minutes ago happened w/ our local bank. What is the deal!?!
