This way, we can provide the appropriate steps to fix the error you have. In the mean time, let's update your bank manually, then refresh your browser.
Kindly follow these steps:
- Go to the Transactions men.
- Choose Bank Transactions.
- Select the bank in question.
- Hit the Update button.
- Click the Refresh button from the upper left corner.
Lastly, it's best to check your bank's website for any ongoing maintenance since this could affect the connection of your bank accounts to QBO, which relies on your bank's website to provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
Once you can connect to your bank account without having an error, you can proceed to categorize the transactions from your For Review tab.
