Quickbooks app wont download apple

Thank you for posting here in the Community, marc-rodriguez-5.

Let’s run another to help you access QuickBooks Online (QBO) app smoothly. You can uninstall and reinstall the mobile application to start in a clean slate. This fixes issues that keep you from opening your company, display problems, and a few other situations. The process differs on the version you’re using. I have here some additional steps you can perform to isolate this behavior. take note of the system requirements of the app to make sure it works smoothly. Here's an article where you can see the list: QuickBooks Online Access For Mobile Devices.

Quickbooks app wont download apple

I've tried following the steps provided at the link for downloading the app, but the error occurs when trying to proceed with Step 2.

There is no selection option for "free" and when I do select install (on my phone the term used is "get"), the download indicator wheel shows it is trying to proceed and then it stops and says, "payment not completed".

There are no other selections available after this to resolve the error message. So I'm not sure what to try next.

I'm using an iphone 6.

Quickbooks app wont download apple

Hi there, marc-rodriguez-5.

Let me help and make sure you download the QuickBooks Online app.

The option GET is also similar option to download the app. You just have to make sure to have the latest iOS version which is iOS 11.1 or newer when running QuickBooks.

You may also try using  compatible browsers on your iOS device. Below are the following browser that you can use in accessing QuickBooks Online:

  • Safari browser with Private Mode Off to allow cookies which are required for QuickBooks Online.
  • Both Chrome, and Dolphin are not supported on iOS, but may work.

You can also visit this article to checkout and compare the availability of features on supported devices: Compare mobile app features.

Get back to me if you still have other questions about the mobile app. Always happy to help. Have a nice day!
