Join nowAll of a sudden when I make a credit entry in my credit card, it duplicates the entry as a charge. But in my register, there is only one entry!
If there is only one entry in the register, where are you seeing the duplicate charge?
I'll help you get rid of the duplicate, stewartshevin.
It could be that there's a data integrity issue in your company file that's why it's duplicating the credit card entries. To isolate the issue, you can run the Verify and Rebuild utilities. This will scan your company for data issues and resolves them right away.
When you're ready, here's how to verify your data:
If the program didn't detect any problems, then no further action is needed. If you find that your data has lost its integrity, that means there's damage to the file. In this case, you'll have to rebuild the data to rectify the issue. Here's how:
After that, try creating a dummy entry to check everything is working fine.

Hi stewartshevin,
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the issue in your credit card entries. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
