Always had have issues syncing with my Business Bank (SBB of Kansas). Every time I synced, it would never sync and throw me yellow exclamation point issues and or to re-sync again later. I would resort to using manual .QBO imports, (there goes my monthly subscription fee on the entire purpose of QuickBooks, to PREVENT manual accounting). Now after days of uncertainty, QuickBooks all of a sudden requested me to move or re-sync all of my account, not only the bank that was giving me issues, but now my credit cards as well. I was relieved becasue I thought this would resolve the syncing issues once and for all. After a few clicks, the transfer, or "reysnc" to new accounts was successful, and it brought be back to the "Banking" tab register. But now another issue arose, the last 3 weeks of transactions that I imported manually through .QBO files becasue QuickBooks refused to sync my bank, are now appearing as duplicates. I thought QuickBooks would detect these and deal with the duplicates automatically... or my subscription fee not include this feature and would have to manually go through all the duplicates myself like an excel sheet line by line?? This has been an absolute pain for months, that's without mentioning Quicken that Intuit used to own. Thank You.
Thank you for posting in the Community and letting us know what's happening, @anon1.
Currently, there's a known issue with the Business Bank (SBB of Kansas) being unable to sync transactions in QuickBooks Online. We don't advise importing your transaction as it will cause duplications.
We recommend calling our phone support team. By being added to the update list, our engineers will see how widespread this is, as well as any common components between those affected.
