Quickbooks is not updating with my bank. Does anyone have this issue?

Hi patelv,

 

Non-updating bank accounts could be caused by an issue on the bank's server due to maintenance, expired bank credentials, an issue on our side, etc. Let's check to see why you didn't get any updates.

 

We have created an article with steps to guide you in checking issues like this. Please check this out: What to do if you see a bank error or bank transactions won’t download.

 

You can also download your transactions within the affected period and upload them to the Banking page. That way, you can continue working with your books while waiting for a fix. However, please let us know if you receive an error code or a prompt, so we can check to see if there's an open ticket for it. Please include the name of the bank as well. Thank you in advance.
