Chase said I do not need their $9.95 PFM service for Quickbooks online, however my Chase Business Checking and savings accounts will not automatically update in quickbooks online.
I have the intuit linked under "Account Safe" on Chase. All the appropriate accounts are checked so the permissions have been given, however the business checking and savings account will not auto update.
I don't receive an error message or anything. They just do nothing. Other accounts say "updated moments ago" but this one is days ago.
I can manually upload a .qbo file from chase and get the accounts to update but I don't want to do that. I wan them to auto update like all the other non-chase accounts.
Can you help? Chase told me to call quickbooks support as they are not trained to support quickbooks online.
This issue has been escalated to our Online Banking Team, majorx37.
We have received similar reports from other customers who also connected the Chase bank to QBO. At this time, we're closely working with your bank to know why your account is not updating automatically.
While we're doing this, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They'll add you to the affected users' list, so you'll be notified when there's an available fix.
