Join nowFor ~20 years I've used Quicken for family and QuickBooks Desktop for business. When I do a Quicken 1-step update, I enter one password (for vault), not every bank's, but in QuickBooks, I need to update one bank at a time and enter the password for each. How do I save a bank password? My help search (in QB and online) reveals the QB Accountant edition has a password vault, but I'm running Desktop Pro 2020 (748-990). Thank you.

Thanks for elaborating. You're right that the Password vault feature is only available in QuickBooks Desktop Accountant. Adding this feature is a great benefit to your business.

Thanks for your quick reply and for offering to share my feedback. I'm surprised QB Desktop really doesn't have a password repository. We're such a small business, and only one, so QB Accountant isn't for us...
Same. There should be a Password Vault for the Desktop Version. Annoying.
