Quickbooks still wont connect to PNC business bank. Has been diconnected since feb 21st. Is this a problem on Quickbooks end?

We have an open investigation about the PNC bank connection. Our engineers are aware of this and now working to identify the cause of the issue. Once identified, they’ll look for a permanent solution to this.
While we’re working on a fix, I suggest contacting our support team. This way, your company details will be added as one of the affected users.
Click the Help icon at the upper-right corner.
Select Contact us at the bottom part of the pop-up window. You'll see a box that lets you enter about your concern, let's say PNC bank connection.
Then, click Let's Talk.
Also, please consider checking the support hours and types. Go to the QuickBooks Online section to see the information.
