Hi there, mcarlson.constru. Welcome to the Community.

When our Customer Care team creates an investigation ticket, the problem will be investigated further by Intuit's Product Investigations team.

Since you were speaking with them, your account should be listed as an affected user. This ensures you'll receive email communications about anything relating to the case.

If you'd like to double-check that you were listed, I'd recommend getting back in touch with our Customer Care team and referencing INV-50373. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and confirm you're added to the ticket.

They can be reached while you're signed in.

Here's how:

  1. Use the Help (?) icon.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a call.

Be sure to review their support hours so you'll know when agents are available.

I'll be here to help if there's any additional questions. Have a lovely day!

As another option, utilize the SlickConnect for the time being. I noticed it supports your bank.
