Get 50% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months*
Buy nowMCredit Union account stopped syncing with quickbooks a while ago. I was able to still get the info by updating my login info. Now nothing works. I emptied my cache. I contacted my Bank and there are no issues on their side. What can I do other than constantly export the data myself?
Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
Have you tried the manual update in QuickBooks to get the recent transactions from your bank? If you haven't already, just follow these steps:
Please note that while most banks sync with QuickBooks every 24 hours, timing can vary. Also, QuickBooks can only pull posted transactions, not pending ones.
Let me know if you have any other concerns.
Yes thank you. I have been manually adding the transactions. I just don't understand why I will not sync at all.
I tried this and it makes no difference.

Just wanted to add that quickbooks has not been self syncing for over a year. Now the manual update button doesn't work as well. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the account. Nothing works. I have to download the transactions from my account and manually add them. It is quite frustrating.
You can use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's a $60 one time license.
