Greetings, @tsullivan28.

You can perform a mini-reconciliation to reconcile your credit card transactions fin 4/20. This way, it will show a correct your credit card balance for April. Let me guide you on how it works.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu.
  2. Choose the Reconcile tab.
  3. From the Account drop-down, choose the Credit Card account you're reconciling.
  4. Since the Beginning balance is for February, you'll want to enter the Ending balance and Ending date as they're written on your bank statement for February.
  5. Once done, click Start reconciling.1.PNG

Once completed, you can start comparing your credit card statement and QuickBooks as you usually do when reconciling accounts. You can read through this article for more detailed steps: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

Also, I'm adding these resources to help you with resolving possible issues during the reconciliation process:

I'll provide a brief explanation about your concern, Michaelnow63.

The QuickBooks Debit Card works like other debit cards. You can withdraw cash from any AllPoint ATM and other ATMs, but there may be a fee. You can find more details about the QuickBooks Debit Card here: Use the QuickBooks Debit Card to get your cash.

If you need help with other task in QuickBooks Online, you can find articles and guides by visiting our general help topics page.

You're also welcome to get back here if you have any additional questions. I'll be around to help you out again. Take care!
