I've been using Quickbooks Online for years. This has happened in the last week and not just to my company. My bookkeeper says she has another company she works with where the same thing is happening. Banks deposits that come in through Bank Transfer are not being recorded and when I look at the page Deposits under Sales, it shows deposits from 2018 and earlier, nothing is current. I'm having to pay my bookkeeper now to do the job QBO should be doing and, of course, I'm also paying QBO, who increases the cost to use them often. I'm hoping to get their attention here and avoid spending days on the phone with low level tech support. Please help Quickbooks!
I appreciate the complete details you've provided, @Ranigold.
Let's manually update your bank's connection with QuickBooks. This process will restore the bank connection and will trigger updates to your bank transactions.
1. Ensure you’re able to login to your bank’s website.
2. If you’re able to login successfully, kindly take note of the exact username and password you used.
3. Log back into your QuickBooks Online account.
4. Let’s perform a manual update on your connected bank account.
a. Go to the Banking menu.
b. Choose the Banking tab.
c. Select your bank account.
d. Click Update.
e. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
f. Click Continue update.

Thanks. Updating helped to add deposits into the register, however the problem of not seeing Quickbook payment deposits from bank transfers in the Sales-Deposits page tab continues. It shows from Sept 2018 and earlier. We have constant bank transfers coming in daily so this is a problem that still requires Quickbooks to fix.
Thanks for getting back to us, Ranigold.
QuickBooks Payment deposits not showing on the Deposit page is already reported to our Engineering Team. And, they're currently investigating this issue.
I recommend contacting our Merchant Service Team so they can add your account to the investigation (INV-37119). By doing so, you'll receive an update regarding the issue via email.
To get in touch with them, go to this link: Contact Payments Support, then check under QuickBooks Online Payments & Merchant Service Center.
I appreciate your patience and understanding @Ranigold while we look into this.
I called Merchant Service and they transferred me to Quickbooks where a rep entered my screen, looked around and said, and I'm not kidding, there's nothing I can do about it. When I asked her to elevate the problem or hand to a higher tech person, she hung up on me. I am very disturbed by this.
Thanks for reaching out to us, Ranigold.
Once we heard an update from our engineers, either my colleagues or I will post to this thread.
Also, this is not what I want you to experience with our support. That representative has undergone a disciplinary action.
I appreciate your patience while we're working to resolve this. Thank you.
I'm having the same problem - every deposit from April 2018 to the present is not showing under the Sales-Deposit tab. This started about a week ago (10/11/2019).
This is making it impossible to track banking through quickbooks online program.
