Let's access your account in a private or incognito window and print your reconciliation report from there. This way, we can check if this issue is caused by stored cache from the browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:
Once logged in, try to print the reconciliation report again. Here's an article you can read for guidance: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?
If it works, then we'll need to clear your regular browser's cache to refresh the system.
However, if the error persists while using a private or incognito window, I suggest updating or reinstalling your Adobe Reader.
