Join nowMy FI added a commercial login page and though I paste the new url into sign on configuration, QB continues to redirect to the old business login page. My new login credentials requires a COMPANY ID, as well as user name and password. Is this not something QB supports?
Greetings from the Community, APHEARS.
Allow me to share some insights about banking logins supported by QuickBooks.
At this time QuickBooks Online doesn't provide seamless support for financial institutions that request more than the Two Factor Authentication information after the initial connection to the financial institution has been established. Right now you can connect your accounts, but the transactions will not automatically download into QuickBooks Online.
As a workaround, you can download transactions from your bank's website and upload them to QuickBooks Online using the WebConnect feature. For detailed steps and instructions, check out this article: How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions.
I'm only a post away if I can be of additional assistance. Wishing you a wonderful rest of the week.
Thank you for the response. My issue however, is that the actual URL has changed, to differentiate between personal and commercial, yet QB will only "find" the personal web link. Is this something I need to contact technical support about? Thanks again!
Glad to have you back, @APHEARS,
I'd like to help point you in the right direction for this login issue with your bank.
