Can I bulk remove transactions from the A/R Register? I have over 2600 that need to be removed. Really don't want to do this manually one at a time.

I know how convenient it would be for you to be able to delete all of these transactions at once, @YBSH.

The option of deleting multiple transactions in the Account Receivable register isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) yet. You'll have to delete transactions one at a time.

You can use a third-party tool to remove them easily in the system. There are excellent apps located in our App Center. You can also use your QBO account to find it.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Apps menu. 
2. Enter Batch Deleter or Bulk Deleter in the search field.
3. Select the suggested apps to view them.

You will need to buy a 3rd-party app to delete in batch.

From the left dashboard "App" center, search for "Deleter" you will find a few apps that will batch delete for sales receipts and many other transactions.
