In QuickBooks Online, you can delete Product and Services items by making it inactive. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Products and Services.
  3. Mark the items you'd like to remove.
  4. Click the Batch actions drop-down.
  5. Choose Make inactive.
  6. Click Yes to complete the action.

I can not delete or inactive products from QBO it says I need go to QBC to do so but in QBC I have deleted all of products, what to do?

To clarify, are you referring to QuickBooks Commerce? Most general issues in QuickBooks Online are usually the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. Let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. 

 

You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

If you can delete your products, clear your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You may have accumulated too much historical data stored in your browser that caused this issue. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.
