Hello @sbaterdene! Absolutely you can. If you open TSheets in any web browser, look for the QuickBooks dropdown menu on the upper right-hand side of the screen. In this menu you can either choose Import to bring in new data from QuickBooks or select Export All Approved Time to sync time from TSheets to QuickBooks.
I'd love to help resolve any errors, though, so that you don't have to worry about manual syncs!
If you go to that same Quickbooks dropdown and choose View Sync Log, do you see any errors?
