There's an option to make a user permission restricted to seeing your bank information. However, all bank accounts will be hidden from this user as well.
Follow these steps on how to change a user access:
- Click the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
- Select the user and click the Edit link under the Action column.
- Make sure that the User type says "Standard User".
- Click Limited.
- Select if you only want to provide access for the Customers, Vendors, or both sections of QBO.
- Click Save.
