No. You can only purge a QBO account during the first 60 days.
If you are wanting to cut down on the data in your file, I recommend picking a time to stop this file, run your reports as of that date, and then start a new QBO file and enter opening balances for everything.
Then you can cancel your existing QBO account. You'll still have access for 12 months to view and run reports.

MarshallA is correct about deleting your QuickBooks Online data. You can only purge your data if your account aged is less than 60 days. Please keep in mind that this process only works for QuickBooks Online Plus and Essentials. The system deletes all data entered into the company, and you're unable to restore or reverse them.
