We can try signing into your bank account to verify if you need to change your bank credentials. If your password is expired, it'll prompt you to modify the information on your bank's website.
Once updated, log into your QBO account and update the bank information. Let me show you how:

Once QuickBooks has downloaded your transactions, you can review and categorize them and put them in the correct accounts.

Utilize the trial version of SlickConnect to isolate the issue. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed. If the same error persists, there is an ongoing problem at your bank.
