Can you change the format that your deposit slip & Summary Prints? Mine prints with "MEMO" on it and I do not want that. Anything I can do to get rid of the Memo Line?

The option to remove the Memo field on a deposit and deposit summary is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. It is a pre-generated PDF file from QB which is why removing it isn't an option. However, if you have a pre-printed deposit slip, you can set it up in the system and use it in printing your deposits.

Here's how:

1. Print a sample deposit to check how it lines up with the deposit slip form.
2. Setup form alignment.
3. Print Deposit slip.
   1. Go to + New button.
   2. Choose a Bank Deposit.
   3. Select the customer payments you want to deposit.
   4. Click Print.
   5. Select either to Print deposit slip and summary or Print deposit summary only.
   6. Choose Print
   7. Click Save and close.

My issue is when I print my deposit slips (which I have pre-printed slips) because some of my customers have longer names, it runs into the "memo" field and then causes the name to take up 2 lines on the deposit. Which is why I was trying to remove the memo field so I don't run into this issue. Is there any other way I can go about this?

As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way of customizing the memo field of your deposit slips. In the meantime, you can follow the steps shared by my colleague, @GlinetteC, as a way around.
