when, I deleted my subscription and logged back in my old data was still there, is there a way to eliminate old data and start clean
Hello @mark19611,
Let me help share a few things you'll have to consider before you can eliminate the old data of a company with a deleted subscription.
When you cancel a subscription of your company, you can delete it as long as your working with it within 60 days. Let me show you how:
Once done, you can go ahead and use it to start from clean. But if you've been working with your company for more than 60 days, you can let it rest for a year from the date you canceled the subscription.
Once this period ends, the system will completely delete your entire company data. If this is the case, I'd say you'll have to start a new company with a new subscription as well.

If you have any other questions aside from deleting your company data, feel free to leave them in the comments, and tag me (@JonpriL). Stay safe!
If you are using QBO Simple Start, you should open a new blank QBO account.
