I've been having this issue for over a year now. Is anyone else having trouble connecting their bank account without their Credit cards disconnecting? Then when I connect the credit cards, the bank account disconnects. I've tried several trouble shooting issues. QBO is telling me it's a PNC error, PNC is telling me it's a QBO error. I need an actual human to support and help me, not just an email or reply. Nothing is working. We have priority circle support, can anyone please help? It's so frustrating to have to reconnect one or the other every single day.
