You can manually download your banking transactions so you'll be getting the latest transactions. But before we start, may I know what is the name of your bank. Nevertheless, let me walk you through the steps on how to update it.

I went through these steps and there are no errors that pop up and the connections says complete.
The balance is correct, but the individual transactions do not show for for me to clear them. See attached screen capture of the register showing the date it started happening.

There's an ongoing issue about not being able to download transactions without any errors. Our engineers are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
