The error is attached - basically it doesn't accept the login credentials because QuickBooks Online forces us to use an email address for the connection. On Dell's site, they require a username (i.e. jsmith123) instead of an email address (i.e. [email address removed]).

When you connect an account into QBO and type the bank's name, you'll usually see more than one result. This is because some banks have multiple names on our list. You can learn more about it here: How to identify the correct bank.
This is probably why you're being asked to log in differently using an email. To ensure that you've selected the correct bank, you might have to repeat the same steps until you find the right one.
