An email will be sent to you with the details on how you can resolve this. We placed your account on hold to check on something.

 

We request information regarding the deposit and your business so we can review your account faster.

 

The review process usually takes two business days. We won't deposit the money unless the review is completed.

We had a call with Quickbook team in last Thursday to verify the account, SSN number, other details.

case number [removed].

 

It was told to us that the money will be deposited in 2 days or Quickbook team will get in touch for more information. But there was no communication for almost one week.

I had a call with you team to solve the issue. Also how can multiple payment have something unexpected?

Can you tell me which payment there is an issue?

Previously I was using Stripe and this kind of issue never occurred.

Our deposit was received and then flagged. Once we provided the requested information, we were told the review would conclude in 2 business days. It has almost been a week and they keep pushing the date back for the original review.

 

Has anyone had this happen and it actually resolve? What was the timeframe?

There are certain situations that our payment management team that needs extra time to review transactions further. This usually happens if there's something unexpected occurs.

 

I'd love to help you, but it's best to connect with our Payments team because they're the ones who handle payment holds. They can also provide you a time frame as to when the hold will be lifted.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. In the Assistant window, type in “Talk to a human” in the field.
  4. Enter “Deposit issue,” then go to the Contact option.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert
    • Get a callback from the next available expert
