Error 176 -- unable to connect to bank. I changed passwords recently, and haven't been able to reconnect. Have signed on directly with the bank multiple times. Tips?

Have attempted to update sign-in multiple times. Always get the same error.

This error belongs to script errors that are usually resolved in 24-48 hours. These errors are generated by the bank and indicate an issue in the connection that Intuit uses to download your information.

 

You can wait for 24-48 hours or you can upload your transactions to start working with them.

 

If the error still continues, please contact our Support team to investigate this. They are open from 6 AM to 6 PM PST on weekdays.

 

To contact our Support team, you'll want to click on Help and repeatedly search for the words need human. Then, you'll be given a guide to asking a question. Just click on See examples if it's displayed. Then, search for need human again until you'll see an option that says I still need a human. When you click on that, you can also click on Contact us to reach out to Support.
