Error 105 will show up if there's a connection issue between your bank and QBO, jayandjen_fite91.
If you haven't yet, let's try a couple of steps that can resolve banking errors. Let's start with switching to an incognito/private browsing. You can also use a different browser and go back to QuickBooks to manually update your bank.
Follow these keyboard shortcuts to switch to incognito:
For Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N.
For Firefox press Ctrl+Shift+P.
For Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.
After logging back in, go back to the Banking page and click the Update button in the upper-right corner. Then, check if transactions are downloaded successfully.
If that works, don't forget to go back to the normal browsing session and delete your browsing history before logging back in to QBO.
