Financial Institution Directory FIDIR Missing Information

I am running QB for Mac 2024 V23.0.3. R4   My primary banking relationship is with a newer bank Cypress Bank & Trust.   When I try to download Web Connect files I get an 0-222 Error - Contact financial institution.  I read all the support articles I could find and have updated the FIDIR file numerous times.   When I reviewed the FDIR file and found my financial institution, I noted that in the Column where most banks have a designation showing BANKING&WEB-CONNECT, my Cypress Bank & Trust does not have this designation.  I believe this is the issue, as I am able to download WebConnect from another bank that has this designation.  

 

Employees of my bank have looked into this and have not been able to determine how to update their information in the FIDIR file.   

 

What does the bank need to do to correct this issue in the FIDIR if that is the cause of the O-222 error I am receiving?

  5. We'll email you a single-use code. Enter your code and select Continue.
  6. Click chat with us or Have us call you.
