For some reason, I can't view any transactions from 6/24/19 to 12/5/19. I just updated my bank account information. Can anyone help?

For some reason, I can't view any transactions from 6/24/19 to 12/5/19. I just updated my bank account information. Can anyone help?

It's possible that the account has been turned off after updating your credit card information, wmcdonough.

 

Let's verify this by going to the Connect another account window. All you have to do is click the Gear icon, and select Bank accounts. Then, toggle the accounts to ON.

 

 

 

Afterward, let's check to see if the transactions are available.
